I started my work at Zákány Szerszámház Kft in December 2014.

My motivation in my daily work comes from the smile of satisfied customers and the sale of premium-quality tools and service offerings.

In the field of sales, I am most closely associated with Makita machines from the extensive product range, especially the 18V cordless machines, as well as Honda, Senci generators, Mastroweld welders, and other construction machinery. Another prominent area for me is the sale of service offerings, from Makita warranty services to the repair of electric motors, such as Grundfos, Flyght, Wilo pumps, to the sale of new electric machines, electric motors, and pumps.

I have been working at the company since August 1, 2016.

Motivation in everyday life.
In our work, no two days are the same; there is always a challenge.
Sometimes, we need to manage our time in the most optimal way—getting everywhere we promised and completing the additional tasks that arise.
Sometimes, we need to find the right machine for the specific job at hand. This involves some research, preparation, data collection, and analysis.
Sometimes, we handle logistics, organizing tasks in terms of space and time.
Sometimes, we participate in training sessions to develop our existing knowledge and familiarize ourselves with new products.

The motivation in all of this is that we can continuously improve ourselves in work, knowledge, time management, and interpersonal skills. The multifaceted nature of the work prevents monotony, as there is always something new to move us forward.

What I excel at:
Extensive knowledge of electric and cordless power tools, construction machinery, and consumables for woodworking and metalworking.

In sales, I am most connected to a wide range of electric and cordless machines, hand tools, and construction products.
Another prominent area is working with water management, agricultural, and livestock companies, where service offerings include repairing electric motors and pumps such as Grundfos, Flyght, and Wilo. In many cases, this also involves selling new technologies like electric machines, motors, and pumps.

Customer satisfaction, which leads to returning clients, is crucial. The exceptional professional support, premium-quality tools, and diverse service offerings greatly contribute to my work. Over the past 11 years, I have had the opportunity to prove my competence with both smaller and larger companies. Over time, the sales portfolio has continuously expanded, resulting in a much broader range of offerings.
