Detailed project description:
The development has multiple deep-rooted reasons. Firstly, in 2020, Zákány Szerszámház Kft. started entering the UK market. It established relationships with several promising potential customers, but due to Brexit, these connections were either reduced or entirely severed. Moreover, the company experiences increasing costs and longer waiting times for imports from the Far East. As a result, strategic adjustments are necessary. By focusing on filling the gap in UK orders with EU-based orders and expanding the product line, the company aims to achieve higher turnover. They also plan to replace some Asian import products with in-house manufactured items to lower production costs. Furthermore, subcontracting services using laser cutting will cater to specific industry needs. The rise of e-commerce during the COVID pandemic highlights the importance of online marketing, which the company plans to enhance through modern web development. Solar panels will be installed for sustainable energy solutions essential for 21st-century production.
